On Sunday, June 4th, please join me at 11:00 in the morning at WJC (the Woodstock Jewish Congregation), where I’ll be reading with two wonderful local poets: Judith Kerman and Sparrow.
We’ll read, everyone can nosh on bagels, and Judy and Sparrow will definitely have some books to sell (I’m . . . working on getting some before then. We’ll see). Brunch is free, though if you’d like to contribute a dairy/vegetarian dish, that would be most welcome. The event is likewise free, though feel free to make a small donation to the synagogue while you’re there.
See you there!
Please come join me at Woodstock Bookfest on April 29th. I’ll be part of the fiction panel, with Kim Wozencraft, Stephanie Gagni, Francine Prose, and Tim Murphy. 11:30 AM at the Kleinert/James Center for the Arts, 34 Tinker Street, Woodstock. Tickets are $15, or you can buy passes for the whole Bookfest here.
Please join me on Sunday, January 15th (MLK’s birthday!) as part of an incredible lineup at Hudson Valley Writers Resist, where “Writers, musicians and activists take over the Bearsville Theater to celebrate the power of words, compassion, equality, free speech, and democracy.” It’s from 2-5 PM, admission is free, and there will be donated books for sale to benefit the New York Civil Liberties Union.
